To freshen the store at the end of winter’s grayest months, “Bright Ideas” proposed color as a vehicle to redecorate the store with merchandise.By grouping merchandise by color, this spring refresh program activated the main shopping alleys with special endcap displays and color-grouped merchandise under color-themed lawn umbrellas.
